    Dropped off a package, the (Indian) lady at the counter continued talking with someone and hardly paid attention. By evening tracking status was not updated, checked the receipt slip and learned the lady gave me the wrong one, went to the store the next day and the same lady just repeated her script: we are only a courtesy store and have no responsibility, the receipt slip too is only a courtesy and means nothing, call UPS. I called and UPS said they have not received the package. So, which is more likely: the lady helped herself with my package, or the UPS driver? One thing that I will do: avoid this particular store!!!

    I always get poor customer service from an employee who is a Indian lady (she is like the Grinch year round).... other than that all of the other employees are always helpful and kind. She on the other hand may need to work in the backroom out of sight out of mind.

    They were supposed to deliver my package for getting some signatures for my university application due this month end to an international destination in 3-5 business days but what a crappy service? They are still working on finding out where my package is. I will never ever use UPS again. I just don't trust them in delivering important packages on time.

    This is the worst business that I have ever had to interact with for a number of reasons. I asked the cashier to send one box to destination A with insurance and another box to destination B with no insurance. Keep in mind, my receipt has two tracking numbers, one was for a package going to destination A and the other to destination B. I paid for the two packages to go to their two intended locations. Somehow the cashier was confused by this simple request and somehow shipped both packages to destination B. I'm not sure how this was even possible considering she would have had to print a new tracking label that was not paid for or signed. In addition, somehow the packing slip for destination A is completely missing, I can only assume she threw it away. To make matters worse, the package could not be recovered. The person who received it decided to keep it considering it had their name and address on the label. UPS will not honor this as a lost or damaged package because it was in fact shipped to the person and address on the label. The only reason it had the wrong name and address was because of the cashier's multiple mistakes. UPS Store corporate won't do anything because UPS stores are privately owned franchises so it is ultimately the responsibility of the store owner to resolve issues such as this. Unfortunately for me, the store owner claims that it is not the cashier's fault that the package was shipped to the wrong address. I was pulling the address information from paypal which lists the item and the boxes were significantly different size and weight, there is 0 percent change that I confused the two boxes. One was a giant black box that said the name of the car part that was actually inside worth $20. The other was a small box with a Mac Mini inside worth $925. Had I applied the labels myself there is no way this would have happened. The box with the Mac mini was 5" x 12" x 12" and weighed about 4lbs. The label that was incorrectly placed on that smaller computer box shows that it was for a box that is 20.25" x 12.25" x 12.25" and weighs about 9lbs which is exactly what the box was for the car part. It was extremely obvious that the label should have been placed on the car part. The owner, still denying that the cashier made the mistake offered me $600. The advice from my lawyer was to accept it unless I really wanted to go through the headache of taking the store owner to small claims court so I accepted the offer. I am still losing the other $325 value of the computer plus the shipping and insurance that I paid for which should have sent the box to the correct recipient. With all things considered, this experience cost me about $350, many many hours, and a lot of stress. In my opinion the cashier failed at handling a simple request, the store owner did not handle the situation in an ethical honest manner, and corporate UPS does not stand behind the products that their franchises are selling. The entire process was horrible and I will never shop at another UPS store again nor will I have anything shipped to me via UPS unless there are no other options.
